Presides at the Committee meetings, will arrange the committee meetings, signs the minutes of the Committee meetings and the club’s official documents and will represent the club whenever necessary.

Vice-president – Dimitris Hadjimathaios

The vice-president represents the club at the president’s absence and helps the president in his duties.

The general secretary, together with the treasurer, keeps the members registry always updated, keeps the minutes at the General Assembly’s, presents the minutes of the previous committee meetings for approval, deals with the club’s mail and together with the president signs all the official documents and represents the club whenever it is needed.

The treasurer keeps the necessary Accounts Books as far as the financial transactions of the club are concerned, receives all annual subscriptions and informs the Committee regarding any members’ pending financial obligations, proceeds in payments on behalf of the club after being instructed by the committee or according to his judgment when current obligations are concerned and co-signs with another committee member the cheques issued.

He/she also issues receipts of payments, informs the committee regarding the financial positioning of the club, prepares the annual account statements, provides all relevant information regarding transactions carried out to the club’s auditor, and prepares the club’s budget according to the instructions of the Committee.

Keeps the Committee meetings minutes and substitutes the general secretary at his absence.

Responsible for the good condition of the courts.

Responsible for the efficient organisation of all tournaments.
